Our Safeguarding Commitment.
At Elevate Sport Education, safeguarding is the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every young person feels valued, respected, and empowered to achieve their potential.
We recognise our responsibility to protect the welfare of all learners and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, wellbeing, and professional practice. Through robust policies, comprehensive staff training, safer recruitment procedures, and a culture of vigilance, we ensure that the safety and wellbeing of every young person remains our highest priority.
Our commitment extends beyond compliance, fostering positive relationships and creating an environment where young people feel safe, supported, and able to thrive both personally and educationally.
-
All staff hold an enhanced DBS certificate and undergo regular safeguarding training to ensure they are equipped to support and protect young people effectively.
-
We operate robust safer recruitment and vetting procedures, ensuring all staff meet the required standards to work with children and young people.
-
Comprehensive risk assessments, operating procedures, and health and safety measures are in place to ensure all sessions are delivered safely and professionally.
-
Promoting the wellbeing of every learner is central to our approach. We provide a supportive environment that encourages positive relationships, emotional resilience, and personal growth.
